Jane Young Wellness Cancellation Policy

At Jane Young Wellness, each client’s appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently, allowing our clients to receive the exceptional service and professionalism they deserve.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for:

• 48 hours’ notice for standard appointments.
• 72 hours’ notice for large group bookings (e.g., pamper days).

Fees for Late Cancellations or No-Shows

• Standard Appointments:

  • Cancellations or reschedules without 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”): 100% of the service price (non-refundable, cannot be applied to future services).

• Group Bookings:

  • Cancellations or reschedules without 72 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price per guest.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.
• If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and charged 100% of the service total.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy.
